Arturs Parker

Arturs Parker is the CTO and co-founder of ResilientX Security. Based in Riga, Latvia, he leads the engineering team and owns the architecture of the ResilientX Security platform, from the attack-surface discovery and security-testing engines to the third-party risk, Trust Center and GRC modules.

He has been building for the web for more than fifteen years. He started as a web developer and grew into a technical lead on large content and e-commerce platforms for European agencies, including iO, a Gold Drupal Certified Partner, and Awave, and spent years contributing fixes and security advisories to the Drupal open-source project. Alongside agency work he ran his own freelance practice and small ventures, shipping full-stack web and mobile products in the cryptocurrency, finance and human-resources sectors.

That mix of product engineering and security knowledge is what brought him to ResilientX Security at the very beginning of 2023, when the company was an idea, a deck and a prototype. He built the first version of the platform’s front end and back end around Jim’s scanning tools, then grew it into the multi-product platform customers use today, and hired and leads the engineering team behind it.

Arturs is an active open-source contributor: his developer tools on GitHub, among them a widely used GitHub profile generator and a profile-views counter, are used by engineers around the world. He cares about systems that are fast, observable and easy to run, and about turning complex security data into interfaces people actually use.
