Is the Trust Center really free?
Yes. It is free for suppliers, with no trial period, no credit card and no expiry. ResilientX is paid for by the customers who run assessment programmes, not by the suppliers who answer them.
Do I need to be a ResilientX customer?
No. Most suppliers arrive through an invitation from a customer that assesses them on ResilientX, but you can also create a workspace yourself and use it to answer any customer.
What can my customers see?
Only what you share with them: your answers, the evidence you attach, the profile you publish and the incidents you report to them. Your cyber posture is visible to the customers assessing you, which is exactly why you get to see it first.
Which frameworks do the questionnaires cover?
