This Cookie Policy explains how RX Advanced Technologies Ltd, trading as ResilientX and ResilientX Security (“ResilientX”, “we”, “us” or “our”), uses cookies and similar technologies on https://www.resilientx.com and on any of our websites that link to this policy (the “Sites”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal data more generally.

1. WHAT COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES ARE

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device so that it can recognise your browser and remember information — for example that you are logged in, what you consented to, or how you reached the site. Similar technologies do comparable things without being a cookie in the strict sense: browser storage (local and session storage), pixels and web beacons (tiny images that record that a page or email was opened), and scripts and SDKs from analytics and marketing providers.

A cookie is first-party when it is set by the site you are visiting and third-party when it is set by another domain, typically a service provider we use. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser; persistent cookies stay on your device until they expire or you delete them.

2. HOW WE USE THEM

In short: we use strictly necessary technologies without asking; everything else runs only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

  • Strictly necessary — needed for the Sites to work and stay secure: security and bot protection, load balancing, and remembering the choices you make in our consent manager. These do not require consent.
  • Functional — remember preferences and keep features such as forms, chat and meeting scheduling working across pages.
  • Analytics and performance — tell us how the Sites are used (pages visited, interactions, technical context) so we can measure and improve them. Some tools record how a visit interacts with a page in the form of heatmaps and session replays; text typed into forms is masked wherever possible.
  • Marketing and visitor identification — measure our campaigns, and attempt to identify the organisation (and, where permitted, the business contact) behind a visit so that our outreach is relevant.

3. THE COOKIES AND TECHNOLOGIES WE USE

The lists below name the providers we currently use, the main identifiers they set and their typical lifetime. Providers change their cookies from time to time; the consent manager on the Sites always shows the current list.

Strictly necessary

  • ResilientX consent manager (served from grc.resilientx.com) — stores your consent choices so we do not ask again on every page; kept for up to 12 months, after which we ask again.
  • Cloudflare — security and bot protection for the Sites (__cf_bm, 30 minutes; cf_clearance when a security challenge is shown, up to 1 year).

Functional

  • HubSpot (EU data centre) — forms, chat and meeting scheduling (messagesUtk, chat visitor identifier, 6 months; __cfruid, session).

Analytics and performance

  • Google Analytics 4 — usage statistics (_ga, _ga_*, 2 years).
  • Microsoft Clarity — usage statistics, heatmaps and session replays (_clck, 1 year; _clsk, 1 day; CLID, 1 year; ANONCHK, 10 minutes; MR, 7 days; MUID, 1 year; SM, session).
  • PostHog (EU cloud) — product analytics and session replays (ph_*_posthog cookie and browser storage, 1 year).

Marketing and visitor identification

  • HubSpot — visitor tracking and campaign attribution (hubspotutk, 6 months; __hstc, 6 months; __hssc, 30 minutes; __hssrc, session).
  • Meta pixel — campaign measurement on Facebook and Instagram (_fbp, 3 months; fr, set by facebook.com, 3 months).
  • Apollo.io — identification of visiting organisations and business contacts (visitor identifier in cookies and browser storage, up to 1 year).

Our own platform (app.resilientx.cloud) and the free Trust Center use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and secure; they are covered by the Platform terms and the Privacy Policy rather than by the marketing technologies listed here.

4. YOUR CHOICES

  • Consent manager. When you first visit, our banner lets you accept or decline non-essential technologies by category. You can change your choice at any time with the “Manage cookies” control shown on every page of the Sites. Declining does not affect your use of the Sites.
  • Browser settings. Every browser lets you block or delete cookies, and most let you block third-party cookies only. See the help pages of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Sites working.
  • Provider controls. Google offers a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics everywhere, and Meta offers ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings.

5. THIRD PARTIES AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

The providers named in section 3 set their cookies as our processors or, for the Meta pixel, as an independent controller for their own purposes under their own privacy notices. Several of them (Google, Meta, Microsoft and Apollo.io) process data in the United States. Where personal data leaves the EEA or the UK we rely on the safeguards described in section 7 of our Privacy Policy — an adequacy decision, including certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses with additional measures where appropriate.

6. HOW LONG COOKIES ARE KEPT

Each cookie is kept for the lifetime shown in section 3, or until you delete it. Your consent record is kept for 12 months from the date of your choice; we then ask again. Data the providers collect through these technologies is retained by them and by us as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We update this policy when we add, remove or change the technologies we use. The date at the top tells you when it was last revised; material changes are also reflected in the consent manager, which will ask for your consent again where a new category or purpose is introduced.
